Help us understand the issue

Include the page or event link, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate date and time. A screenshot can help, but remove unrelated personal information first.

Keep private credentials private

Never send your password, administrator credentials, or a player’s 6-digit PIN. The administrator does not need them to investigate a problem.
